Request Limits and Fair Use Policy

To ensure equitable access and maintain the quality of service for all Astra Arbitrage users, we implement a dynamic request limit and fair use policy. This policy is designed to adapt to user behavior and overall system demand, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Dynamic Request Limiting:

  • Baseline Allocation: Each user is initially allocated 500 requests per hour, intended to support typical usage comfortably.
  • Adaptive Limits: Our system dynamically adjusts these limits based on real-time analysis of overall system load and individual usage patterns. During periods of high demand, request limits may decrease to ensure system stability; conversely, during off-peak times, limits may increase.
  • User Behavior Adjustments: Excessive or abusive usage patterns may result in temporary reductions in allowed requests.
  • Exceeding Limits: Users exceeding their allocated requests will experience a temporary suspension of service.

Special Considerations:

Users with specific needs exceeding the standard request limits are encouraged to contact us at hello@astraarbitrage.com to discuss potential accommodations.

This policy ensures that Astra Arbitrage can continue to provide high-quality, reliable service to all users. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our Service may offer various plans, including a monthly subscription option. This monthly subscription is charged on a recurring basis and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the User.
